Return Policy

Unfortunately, Green Hill Music is unable to accept returns unless product is visibly or audibly defective. We have provided sound clips, video clips, and sample orchestrations on this site so that you are able to sample a selection prior to purchasing.

In the unusual event that a recording is defective, please return the product within 90 days of the original purchase date to arrange an exchange. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-972-5900 or email us at contact@greenhillmusic.com before returning the product. We are unable to process any exchanges requested more than 90 days after the original purchase date.
