Shopping Cart
A "Shopping Cart" is used to keep track of the selections you have decided to purchase during your visit to our site. Adding items to your Shopping Cart does not actually buy them, so you can add items, change them, or remove them before you make your purchase.

Use of the Shopping Cart does not require any special software, however, your browser must be configured to support Cookies in order to work properly. Since the items in your Shopping Cart are maintained through Cookies, you cannot make purchases online without browser support for Cookies. If you are unable to use the Shopping Cart for this reason, or would prefer not to make your purchases online, please phone us and we will be happy to take care of your order over the phone.

Checkout
Items are not purchased just by placing them in the Shopping Cart. In order to finalize your purchase, you must perform the Checkout. It is this step that actually processes your order for shipment and bills your credit card for the appropriate products, taxes, shipping, and handling. Accessing Checkout will take you to the secure web site in order to protect your personal information and credit card information. You can be assured that the information you enter on this secure area will not be available for anyone outside the secure site since all transmissions of secure information are encrypted.
Shipping
Shipping and handling is automatically calculated during checkout as your order is processed. Shipping and handling is based on the number of selections within your purchase. The following table denotes the rate used for calculation of our shipping and handling:

Promo Codes & Gift Certificates
From time to time, we offer special discounts to buyers through use of promotional codes. You can apply promo codes or redeem gift certificates in your shopping cart just prior to checkout. You may only apply a single promo code per purchase.

Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover Card for online payments. All orders are placed on our secure server so that your credit card numbers are sent to us in a secure, encrypted format, and therefore only available for use with your order on our server. All your name and address information are included within this secure transfer with your credit card number, so that you can be sure that your personal information and account number will not be available for abuse.

Taxes
By law, sales tax must be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Tennessee. Therefore a tax amount of 9.25% will be charged on your total order (after any applicable discounts, etc.), excluding shipping and handling. Orders shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax.
